Description: This week we feature our first guest from Latin America who also was the first analyst from Latin America to receive the IACA CLEA certification! Carola Jersonsky has been an analyst for almost a decade and brings a unique perspective to the field of crime analysis. Carola originally studied Economics and decided to use her knowledge and skills towards crime analysis in 2011 with the Metropolitan Police in Argentina where she worked for eight years. Carola shares her experience of being a young woman entering a field of predominantly men and how she gained the confidence of her colleagues through her analytical and communicative abilities. Carola currently works at the Undersecretary of Communal Security and Criminal Investigation - Justice and Security Ministry of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
