Author Didier Ghez ("They Drew As They Pleased" series)

Author Didier Ghez’s sixth and final volume in the popular They Drew As They Pleased series has debuted. The Hidden Art of Disney’s New Golden Age explores four signature artists from recent decades (Joe Grant, Mike Gabriel, Michael Giaimo, Hans Bacher), featuring amazing stories of their time with the company and a plethora of fantastic imagery from both familiar films and abandoned projects. Didier Ghez joins host Brett Nachman to discuss this series and his role as one of the foremost experts of Disney books as the individual who runs the Ultimate Disney Books Network.
