Nayeli Lopez is a first-generation Salvadoreña-Guatemalteca from the Central Valley. She’s passionate and orgullosa about her Central American roots but at times, she'd ask herself if she was “Latina enough”. In this conversation, we both unpack what that phrase "Latina enough" means. Nayeli also talks about finding more of herself in her culture through representation, education and conversation, and is still learning about herself and her Latinidad everyday. For anyone who's ever questioned their Latinidad or felt underrepresented even in Latin@ spaces, this episode is for you. Connect with Nayeli on IG @_nayeliitzel and find her on LinkedIn.
