In this episode, I visit Run On! Richardson to deliver a nutrition clinic on how to optimize the athlete's diet to maximize racing performance, training load and volume, and recovery between training sessions. The follow-up questions from the athletes watching the live stream as well as those in the store were really excellent, and I really enjoyed the opportunity to discuss nutrition with those who want to take their athletic pursuits to the next level. If you need a new pair of running shoes, GPS watch, or just about anything else running-related, I can't recommend this store enough.
