Welcome to this guided meditation, which is aimed at practicing mindfulness. I’ll guide you into a nice relaxing state where you become mindful of your breath. Use your breath as an anchor to get back to every time you notice you lost focus and your mind has wandered off. After you get into that nice relaxing state I’ll be quiet for the rest of the meditation. I will ring a bell every two minutes. Use this as a cue to get back to your breath if needed.
