Stolen Skies brings a radio friendly aggressive but melodic hard rock sound to The Forge in Joliet,where they will open for Adelita's Way in the middle of October. They also will headlining at the first show in seven months at the Punk bunker on North Avenue,Exit. I have two tracks from their debut self titled EP.

October has been a very scary month for veteran rocker deaths. Forgotten Chicago Punk rockers Naked Raygun lost their longtime bassist,Pierre Kezdy on October 9th. A provocative nugget from them in tribute,and getting you pumped for a special virtual drive in 30th anniversary show in Bridgeview for Pegboy.

 

Joliet's Deadman's Hand first was discovered opening for cult horror punks The Misfits. Back nine years ago this week when I first interviewed them for the FM radio airwaves.
