Loneliness, negative experiences, lack of hope and other factors may lead to someone thinking about suicide. We understand many people can feel uncomfortable speaking about the topic as we've been taught to not speak about it. In this episode Juan and Ana have a lengthy conversation about the contributing factors that could lead to suicidal thoughts, and share strategies to support someone during this process.
