This week our guests are Tyler Ryan and Noah Ryan from TCR Brewing (@tcrbrewing). Tyler, a chemist by day makes delicious Home brewed beers that have appeared at festivals all over New England and the Tri-State area. And this episode we are trying “Muffy Cakes” a Blueberry and Marshmallow sour that is out of this world. Tyler tells us the secret of getting a real marshmallow taste in a beer and we discuss whether Sours are a fad or hear to stay. We also try TCR’s Sweet Successions Milk Stout. And Tyler let’s us know how he got Chocolate and Fudge flavors into the beer without adding any Chocolate or fudge.
