Adam Rifkin is an accomplished Hollywood filmmaker who grew up in the Chicago area. He and Mike North are working on RAGING MOUTH (working title), the story of a hot dog vendor who helps create Chicago first all-sports radio station and later becomes the nation's highest paid sports talk broadcaster.
