I talk about my personal journey of working out as a non-professional circus aerialist, handstander and contortionist. I can't "truly" be called any of those labels as I'm a complete novice but I have been doing circus consistently for 11 years and have learned more about myself and my body than ever before. Plus, I'm fitter, in my 50's than I've ever been in my life. And I feel GREAT (except when I do dumb things to injure myself LOL). Welcome to my passion and another dream, achieved!
