• How important is it to you? 1-10
• How Urgent is it to you? 1-10

 

4-D Quadrant

DO - Must be done by you, as soon as possible

Decide - Can be scheduled for later

Delegate - Let someone else handle it for you

Delete - Not necessary, may not even get done, and nothing changes because of it. No impact.
