In today's episode, we talk about the challenge of getting out of your own way and explore the concept of paradox. What it is to hold two seemingly opposite things as both true. We also talk about the power of effective listening and truly as a master at it. If you listen carefully, you'll notice in the interview how much she acknowledges what I've said to her and validates it, and how much as a result she elicits from me as an interviewer about what I really think. That's one of her superpowers and she does it instinctively to open up true dialogue and find meaningful connection.
