Joyce Valenzuela is the founder and principal attorney of JV Law Offices, APC and focuses her practice on estate planning and probate, personal injury and criminal defense. As a Mexican American and daughter of immigrants, she understands the needs in her community for education and honest representation. As such, her firm's main focus is to provide clarity, honesty, guidance, and support in times of need in English and Spanish.
Ms. Valenzuela earned her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University Fullerton, with a double major in Criminal Justice and Political Science. She then continued her education and successfully obtained her law degree with concentrations in Civil Litigation and Criminal Law from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
Throughout her legal career, Ms. Valenzuela has successfully represented clients in state and federal court. Her experience includes serving as a law clerk for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and Los Angeles County District Attorneys’ Office as well as working in private practice in civil litigation and criminal law matters.
As an attorney, Ms. Valenzuela has and continues to represent hundreds of clients in and outside of court. She understands the need for honesty and clarity in attorney-client relationships and continuously strives to further educate herself and her community.
