Army Veteran Gene Lumsden, Founder & CEO at Lumsden ENT. LLC Consulting Services began his career at age 12 as a competitive trap shooter. Over the years, he won multiple major shooting events in the country. This led the US Army shooting team to recruit him. He represented the Country and US Army, winning multiple prestigious national and international sporting events during this time. After shooting, he became a road salesman and worked his way up to his first management job eventually becoming the CEO of Legacy Sports International and Turner's Outdoorsman: both shooting and outdoor specialty stores. In June 2017, he sold his interest in both stores to take a break and, in 2019, founded his consulting company Lumsden ENT., a consulting company specializing in distribution, retail, and imports.
In this episode, Sgt BeReal interviews Army Veteran Gene Lumsden and shares his stories as a competitive trap shooter. And how he applied the lessons he learned as a world-class trap shooter to his success in the business world.
