Well I guess we need to try to postpone our morning cup of coffee if we can! I have been doing it, and believe it or not I was not able to go on with my day if I did not have my coffee first thing in the morning, well that has changed and now I drink water and I couldn't be happier!! It does make a difference and I feel my energy levels are balanced.
