En personlig episode med meg og Kristine hvor vi deler av vår erfaring med helsesystemet i en situasjon hvor vi selv ikke har følt oss friske, men hvor leger og tester har sagt at vi er det. 

 

Kristine ønsker et helsesystem som jobber forebyggende og påpeker at dagens helsevesen behandler syke mennesker og ikke har kapasitet til å jobbe forebyggende. Kanskje er det på tide å skille mellom helsevesenet og leger som behandler veldig syke mennesker som trenger sterke medisiner og operasjoner for å bli friske, og tilbud som gis til mennesker med kroniske livsstilssykdommer og vondter som kan behandles ved hjelp av forebyggende tiltak? 

 

Vi sier ikke enten eller, mye heller både og. Noen ganger trenger vi medisiner og andre ganger trenger vi å identifisere rotårsaken til hvorfor vi har vondt i hodet/ magen/ ryggen.. og gjøre noe med den for å føle oss bedre. Mange ganger trenger vi begge deler.  

 

Kristine har startet Mammarevolusjon og Helserevolusjon. Der hjelper hun mennesker som ikke har fått hjelp via helsevesenet med å finne sine rotårsaker og lage seg et godt liv uten smerter og med masse energi.  

 

Noen tenker dette er veldig alternativt og blir derfor skeptiske. Heldigvis er det ingenting av det Kristine gjør som på noen måte er farlig eller skadelig! Jeg tenker at så lenge folk får et bedre liv, så kan vi vel heller bare heie på folk som utgjør en forskjell for mange som ellers ville hatt et liv med smerter, vondter og liten livsgnist. 

 

Dette mener jeg samfunnet trenger mer av.  

 

 

Samtalen er delt i to - denne episoden og neste ukes episode.  

 

I første delen snakker vi om helhetlig helse, helsevesenet, hennes og min reise, rotårsaker, hormoner, prevensjon og livskvalitet.  

 

I del to snakker vi om medikamentbruk, alternativer til medikamenter, forebyggende tiltak, livsstilssykdommer, hvorfor det betyr noe hva barn spiser og får på huden, hvorfor vi bør stille flere spørsmål og hvordan, samt hvordan å skape seg et liv med overskudd.
