Dealing with Burnout

As students in STEM, we are often inundated with classes, assignments, labs, organization meetings, etc. so much to the point we feel like we are juggling so much at once with limited time for ourselves and loved ones. This prolonged period of balancing everything on our plate can lead to burnout.
