Thinking Out Loud: A Podcast On Grief And Mental Health
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
On this week’s episode we are talking with our guest,Gina Adu, about sharing grief on social media and how it can be toxic due to negative comments and people trying to police what is acceptable and what is not. Are people uncomfortable with people sharing grief? Should those expressing the loss of a loved or loved ones put trigger warnings on what they are sharing? These, and more, are things we discussed and try to reflect on.
Gina also talks about losing her father, why she decided not to go to his funeral, and seeking closure.
