Meet Doug, he is 62 years young, 6’10’’, and happily married. He has been a client of Charlie's for 13 years. In this fun podcast, he shares his health journey which began in his childhood. His dad encouraged him to start basketball and it was a huge part of his life through college. After college he played basketball for fun, but it wasn’t maintaining his health or improving his fitness. Doug found BoomFit, and his fitness has never been the same.
