In this episode of the Invest for More Real Estate show, Carter Crowley goes over several different topics we faced in our business this week. The first being how we actively work to solve a seller's need to get rid of a property, even though it may not be a financial gain for us.
The second being how you have to consistently make multiple offers a week to lock up deals. We went 0/10 this past week and it was a pain!
Third, how much is too much when you are following up with a seller? If they tell you to NEVER CALL AGAIN, you have pushed it too far and went from being helpful, to being annoying.
Lastly, should you ever defer to an expert or try and solve all your business issues by yourself? I give you insight as to what we did in our business just recently with a mobile home park we have under contract!
