#11 Enneagram #1- The Gut Triad-Understanding the Fears, Desires, Longings and How to Leverage them to Gain Confidence and Embrace your Identity

WELCOME! We are so excited that you are here! I say we because this is my first ever duo episode! I have had the privilege of being a guest on Cari’s podcast Beacon’s of Bravery and we had so much fun we wanted to do a mini-series together.  We decided that tackling and introducing the Enneagram would be a great first mini-series.  

 

What is the Enneagram? Who is it for? Is it made up? Doesn’t that limit and put you in a box?  Why should I know about the Enneagram and do I need to know more than just about my number?  I am SO GLAD YOU ASKED!  Well over the next 3 episodes Cari and I are going to dive into the Enneagram (every number so stay tuned). We will share some stories and questions to ponder.  We will talk about how understanding the Enneagram will actually help you be a better person.  We talk about how understanding the Enneagram will help you be a better boss, employee, colleague, friend, mother, father...it will help you become a more compassionate and empathetic person.  So stay tuned!!!
