• Social media and 15 years of experience actually allowed Jimmy to sell 30 houses in 1 day from a single Instagram post.
• With over 60k followers on Instagram, Jimmy can use his social media to put out his messages in the way that he wants.
• Marketing is about finding the eyeballs, and right now, the eyeballs are on social media and specifically, TikTok.
• As a kid, Jimmy remembers his dad losing his cool when things went wrong and he made sure he would never do that.
• If you want to build a social media following, you have to make yourself attractive to your audience.
• Once you draw people to your page, you can use your stories to keep them engaged and interested.
• There’s an art to showing people that you are great and interesting as opposed to telling them.
• Jimmy hopes that his playing big shows other people that they are playing too small and that they can change if they want.
• Everything that Jimmy does and says is a reflection of who he truly is, and that’s rare in this world.
• One of the main values of Jimmy’s life is to be playful and self-amused by finding comedy in his own life.
• Aim to give to every person in your life and show up as a net positive by making their life a little better.
• Jimmy values the relationships that he has built with his family and friends more than anything else in life.
• The Hundred Dollar Dinner Club is a networking group that Jimmy started to support the workers at restaurants by tipping $100 from everyone.
• Jimmy participates in Operation Underground Railroad where they have saved hundreds of children and women from sex trafficking.
• Jimmy’s persistence to push through the hard times gave him the freedom and resources to save lives later on in life.
