Started in 2017 by Oklahoma State University animal and food science graduates Tyler Tate and Eldon Campbell, T&C Meats, located in Enid, Oklahoma, is a retail meat market specializing in Prime quality beef, smoked items and handmade sausages. Eldon, a past employee of the OSU Robert M. Kerr Food and Agricultural Products Center, utilized the center’s business services and classes to launch the small meat business.
