Success Requires Perseverance Feat. Bree Kraut | PAWCast Episode 51 | Veterinary Podcast
The transition from didactic to clinical learning is one that every vet student has to make. Each institution does it their own way, and hopefully, each student looks forward to the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned and accelerate their path towards being day one ready.
We have been blessed with the honor of having Bree Kraut, DVM student from Michigan State, join us for her very first clinical rotation and externship, and she joins us for this weeks PAWCast!
In this episode, discuss Bree’s path to and through vet school thus far, how she has overcome some of the obstacles she’s encountered as well as some of the wisdom she has gathered along the way. Her story is one that many students and graduates can relate to and glean insight out of in how she has been able to adjust her plan and how she has maximized on opportunities to learn in the ideal fashion for her.
Bree also showed up prepared with a few questions for us about ourselves and about PAW Health which are answered at the end of the episode.
If you are seeking a unique externship experience here at PAW Health, or have any questions on the transition from didactic learning to clinical learning, drop them in the comments!
