After more than two decades in the veterinary field I've come to the conclusion that 3 important issues need to be fixed to improve the profession. This podcast challenges you to think about the issues and then calls to action to improve them.  Every person can influence at least one of these issues so we can make the veterinary profession healthier, happier and sustainable for those that enter it.
