What is your definition of happiness? How would you choose to define it? In this episode, I share my thoughts and perspective on the word 'happiness', and how to feel it a little more every day. If you are someone that wants to increase your amount of daily "happy minutes" and hear a deeper insight into the feeling of happiness, this episode is for you. Keep on taking action towards better understanding your own thoughts and emotions (one of my suggestions is to set a time for 5 minutes and journal at least once a day).
