  I interview yoga teachers about their yoga journy's. We teach our classes and lead our students from pose to pose and interject many things during that time. Philosophy, Psychology, Religion, Morals, and just personal ideals about how to live a positive and meaningful life for yourself and those around you. We only have a limited time and our students begin to see us almost like ministers, mentors, and leaders. They often put us up on pedistles and see us as somebody greater than themselves. I discovered in my Yoga Teacher Training that the teachers I respected came from places similar to me, that they go through the same things I go through and they most often than not, don't always have it figured out. Because I got to hear those stories in my training, I decided I was going to find an avenue to be able to share those stories with the public and make it available to the teachers I interview to give their students another learning tool. I see this as just another tool that fellow yoga teachers can use to grow and inspire their students.
