Born on the beautiful island of Barbados, in the Caribbean, Gale discovered a love for words and creative writing at an early age. Both these skills have served her well over the past 30 years. Through hard work and dedicated commitment, she advanced from Executive Assistant to Executive Manager. Today, Gale is a Retail Programmes Manager, responsible for Customer Training Programme Development and Facilitation across more than 20 countries. In her spare time, Gale blogs and writes poetry and short stories, for which she has received several national awards.
She recently became co-contributor to the third edition of the best-selling Success University for Women Leadership series of books.
