EU leaders will meet at a summit in December to decide whether sufficient progress has been made on the first phase of the Brexit talks on the divorce bill, citizens' rights and Northern Ireland. However, there’s growing concern a breakthrough on the talks won’t be achieved by the end of the year. The Sinn Fein MEP Liadh Ni Riada says any delays in finalising phase one of the negotiations are going to impact on all of the other difficult issues that need to be resolved.
