Some of you are starting to go back to practice, while others are still waiting to get back to the field. Wherever you are at at this moment, I want you to stop and ask yourself, what are you doing with your time? When you complete a season, oftentimes, athletes will think they can take a break. You can take a break as well, but do you really want to? The end of a season is the most valuable time to start mentally preparing and intentionally deciding what will happen next season. With extra time on your hands during this pandemic, you can learn to strength those mental tools that usually get pushed to the side. Don't take your athletic time for granted.
