A standout session out at Huntley featured a 6K warm-up, strides, a rapid 4K lap, and a demanding 12K rep split into laps at. Beyond physical conditioning, he talks about working closely with a dietitian, physiotherapist, and sports psychologist, while revealing his race show. He finishes up answering some listener qs.

After overcoming a difficult 2024 marathon Aryan successfully slashed his personal best down under 3:15:00 at the Sunshine Coast Marathon, executing a powerful negative split despite harsh weather.
Aryan credits his success to coach Sammy McLean's direct communication style, individualized attention, and structured training methodologies. In addition to his marathon achievement, Aryan clocked an 18:31 5K track time earlier in the year. Looking forward, he plans to focus on gym strength for the remainder of the year
