Sometimes words are communicated we don't always agree with or understand. Sometimes we misinterpret them. When the words come from leaders and people we trust, it can be a little tricky and cause us to have some cognitive dissonance. What do we do then? We can shut the door and not do anything, or we can engage in a little bit of a wrestling match. Just a little bit of desire, opening the door to a bigger view, asking questions, and knowing that we don't have the ability to have all the pieces or see the end game can help us on our quest to understand, learn, and grow! Listen in to find out more about the wrestle that I've felt at times and the discoveries I've found by using these steps!
