Throughout biology and even in our own biochemistry, the world is held together by stable equilibrium: when something gets out of balance, compensation mechanisms come into play, bringing us back to balance.
Unfortunately, we often find it harder to believe in that stable equilibrium within ourselves. We fear feeling emotions fully, or get overly controlling in our own lives.
In this podcast, we'll talk about having the courage to trust that we are in stable equilibrium, PLUS share a short guided meditation to help us embody that truth.
