I have big dreams. I can paint you a pretty clear picture of how I want my freelance business to be in 10 years from now. But how to get there… now that’s the difficult part for me.
Our vision and dreams allows us to have the motivation needed to keep going through the hard times, but I think we need to find a balance between being visionary and being practical.
