As we continue our series on moderation, we're talking today about WHY every diet fails. While most people blame themselves when diets fail, leading to yo-yo-ing back and forth and continuing to try every new fad diet that comes out, the truth is, it's not you at all.
Diets fail because they leave us feeling physiologically and psychologically deprived. In today's episode we're diving into why exactly you will ultimately plateau or quit any and every diet that's based on ongoing calorie deprivation. And of course, we'll touch a little more on what you can do instead.
