Here’s a 10-minute guided meditation to help you embody your heroic identity. The warrior poses are actually based on a sage, Virbhadra, who was a great hero and friend. We’re going to embody the virtues of a hero - a protector, someone with strength and loyalty and stamina. In the process, we’re going to strengthen and balance the 3rd chakra (our center of identity).
