Relationships can be tricky. They can have highs and lows and ebb and flow. Sometimes we can be full of love and then other times we can feel pretty frustrated, disconnected, and conflicted with our relationships. One of the ways we can strengthen them is with Gratitude! Second, it brings attention to the positive. It is very easy to stay focused on the negative but gratitude helps us shift that thinking.
