Welcome to the Shakeout in a HEATWAVE... is anyone else hot?! Presuming it's not just us, we've got tips for running in extreme heat and as Thommo says, there are no hero medals for training in these conditions! We hear from a listener in Northern Ireland who was inspired by our episode with Jordan Adam of the The FTD Brothers so has decided to do five marathons in five continents and would like advice on how to approach them..
