In this episode Ryan Solomon gives an answer to the question "How much should I train?". We talk about training volume for hypertrophy and which factors to take in consideration to know your Minimum Effective Volume (MEV).
Ryan has recently earned his Masters Degree in Exercise Science and he's one of the coaches of Team Revive Stronger (alongside with Steve Hall, Pascal Flor and Miguel Blacutt).
