Dr. Sheryl Ziegler (or Dr. Z) is a licensed clinical psychologist, play therapist, author, speaker, podcast host, mom, and the founder of the parent-child puberty course Start With The Talk. She is passionate about creating a community of parents who work toward improving the mental health of kids and families—and of course, that starts with us as parents. In today’s interview, we talk about burnout, mental health, juggling work and life, as well as the current state of preteen girls. This is an interview you won’t want to miss.
