The Well Minded Podcast with Master Therapist Lynn Matti
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
Hi, I'm Lynn Matti.
Are you struggling with low self-esteem or a lack of self-compassion? Do you often feel self doubt long with anxiety and worry? Do you avoid difficult conversations? Is your inner voice often critical?
I help people understand themselves better, make sense of their thoughts and feelings, learn from expectations and resentments by using a heart-centered and modern approach. We all want and need to live an authentic and fulfilling life...sometimes we just need a little help. Two of our most basic needs ares to be connected to ourselves and others and to accept and love ourselves. Without these, we feel a lack of purpose and isolation.
On this podcast and in my coaching I offer you a space to listen and be listened to without judgement. A place of safely...and when you are ready, a new perspective backed by clinical theory based on long term results. Tools which are uniquely personalized to help you reconnect to your inner world and improve your relationships.
