In this special episode I catch up with two of my athletes, Matthew and Tamas after they recently completed the monumental Irrational S.O.U.T.H 200 miler. Both men ran, walked and crawled from Murray Bridge to Clare in South Australia in cold wet conditions over 320 kilometres. In this coaching catch-up, we discuss the good, the bad and the ugly of this huge effort and find out what worked and didn't work with regards to training program, nutrition, pacing strategy and much more.
