For years I had this story that I told about myself "I was always hungry!" I was never fully satisfied after eating and had the desire for more. I went to nursing school and took several classes about the body, diet, and nutrition, but didn't fully understand until I went to Life Coach School and learned about hormones and the brain. What I learned was there wasn't anything wrong with me! It was that my body was working exactly the way it was supposed to! It was the frequency and quality of foods that I was eating that were contributing to my feeling this way.
