We make many daily decisions that require an "either/or" type of answer. Either get up at 6 or 6:30, wear this or that. Many times with people and with ourselves, we think we have to do the same. We think that we have to choose one or the other. We have to love the good and hate the "bad," but we may not have the whole story of any of it. What if it was possible to love BOTH. The good parts and the not-so-good parts. What if we loved all! When there is a break-up, we can love both people. When we behave in a way that isn't at our best, we can love that part of us, and when others behave in ways we don't agree with, we can love those parts too. We can love both and all! Join into today's podcast to hear more about loving both!
