Anxiety and fear keep us on a very narrow path. These limitations are an invisible prison that many of us are unconscious too. It becomes part of our identity, therefore, we no longer see it or question it, although we sense something is quite right.
This is where we need to be able to clearly see if anxiety and fear are a major problem in our life. In order to start heading in a new direction we need to identify how fear and anxiety have limited us. We need to see that we in our prison, the kind of prison it is, in order to plan our escape.
