She is the owner of Be Foxy Fit; a practice that helps individuals get pain-free and rediscover how to enjoy life after events, injuries or other circumstances that have changed their version of normal movement. Mallory is also a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) survivor, yoga + mindfulness teacher, life-long student and lululemon ambassador.
