From Multisport Dynamo to HYROX Elite - Calypso Sheridan

This week on the show we speak to Calypso Sheridan. Calypso caught a lot of people's eyes at the HYROX World Championship but her story began before that.

 

We consider her early career as a NCAA swimmer and the various sports she competed in since those days. This includes the potential for her to represent Australia in the Olympics.

 

We also chart her career in HYROX including how her current performances are a world away from how she viewed the sport after the first race.
