ep. #5 In this episode, Adrienne shares with us some of the nourishing outcomes of connecting and developing a relationship with our wise and loving ancestors. So many of us have either never been introduced to the practice of ancestral healing or have doubt and deeply colonial beliefs about that kind of direct contact.
Topics we touch on:
What it means to decolonize your mind
How having ancestral connections protect us during crisis
What practices help support our intuition
What can get in the way of trusting the communication
Adrienne has been supporting others through healing for over 10 years and has studied ancestral healing with a number of teachers. She weaves together modalities of depth psychology, embodied ritual & personal mythology, and relational attunement with the earth and the more-than-human realm. Adrienne works online with client's individually and in group setting from her home in New Mexico.
