In this episode, Laura and Tessa chat with Andreea Niculescu and Laura Swapp about living your values and our collective responsibility to be ourselves and make the world a better place.
Laura Swapp has an educational background in anthropology and sociology, and has worked at Starbucks and REI in diversity and inclusion leadership roles. These experiences brought her to social impact and her current work in brand consulting with Andreea.
Andreea Niculescu's career began after stumbling upon a Nike ad campaign that ignited a passion for creating impact through design and branding. She currently works with Laura to help companies sort out what they stand for, believe in, and how to show up - all grounded in core values.
Together, Laura and Andreea founded and run one and three. Their consultancy company name represents the interconnectedness of everything, and the three things that are hallmarks of all our global problems: recouple economic growth with gains and living standards, decouple economic growth from environmental degradation, and to end marginalization so that no one is left behind.
