A lot can go wrong in training, and you can still persevere. Anne had just gotten into training for a 100miler when she learned her family was going to move across the country. Once settled she developed tendonitis and had to take extra time off. We chat about how much can actually go wrong in training and the mental toughness it takes to get to the start line and finish the race.
